Dartmoor Llamas offer a range of walks as advertised and may include appropriate refreshments.
Upon request we can accommodate most special dietary needs. Please confirm requirements when booking. Payment in full is required when booking.
Cancellation
Two weeks notice, a full refund less a £10.00 handling fee. Less than two weeks notice, no refund will be provided unless the space can be filled from the waiting list, then full refund will be returned less £10.00 handling fee. Dartmoor Llamas reserve the right to cancel any walk at our discretion to ensure the safety and well being of our animals and our guests. Notification will be given as soon as possible to reschedule the walk or to refund your Payment
NO SHOW = NO REFUND.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
A Voucher entitles you to take part in a llama walk as detailed on the voucher or suitable alternative, at a date to be arranged up to the expiry date. The booking must be made a month before the expiry date.
We do not accept responsibility for any costs or expenses you may incur due to postponement of any walk.
We reserve the right to change the advertised walk for the safety and comfort of our customers.
Bookings are transferable if you are unable to attend, with prior notice.
Dartmoor Llamas shall not assume liability whatsoever for any personal injury or loss or damage to personal property. Medical care is the financial responsibly of the ill/injured person(s).
Group Bookings. it is the responsibility of the person booking the Llama walk to make everyone in the group aware of the Terms and Conditions.
To protect the environment, trekkers are requested to refrain from picking wild flowers or foliage. No pets are permitted on walks. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We reserve the right to use all photographs and video in our promotional material.
By booking a walk we assume you are fit to complete the distance advertised. This may be over uneven or hilly ground and sensible footwear is required. (No open toe shoes or sandals) Please discuss your requirements when booking.
Your safety and the safety of others is our main concern. You must obey all instructions given at the beginning of the walk. We reserve the right to refuse to allow anyone to continue on a walk if they put themselves or others at risk.
You should wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. We reserve the right to not allow you to participate on the Llama Walk if your footwear is unsuitable.
