We have two cottages, one which offers a double and a twin bedroom and the other with a one double bedroom.

New Cott Farm is set in beautiful peaceful countryside within the Dartmoor National Park. The self catering accommodation is in two cottages overlooking hills, woods and green fields and within a five minute walk you can be on open moorland, granite tors or in the Dart Valley.

Both cottages have full accessibility for the disabled and a brief description follows:

Wren Cottage

This cottage has one large double bedroom (kingsize), the bathroom has a shower with handrails,Basin, toilet & heated towel rail. A large double sofa bed in the lounge.

Robin Cottage

This cottage has one large kingsize bedroom and one twin. The spacious bathroom has bath with shower. Basin, toilet & heated towel rail.
Both cottages have open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area leading to a veranda
through patio doors. They are beautifully furnished with colour
television, video, radio tape and CD player, microwave, washer dryer, fridge,
cooker. Night storage heaters create a warm and cosy feeling as you enter each cottage.
